These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at n2teksolutions.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by N2Tek Solutions (“N2Tek Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). N2Tek Solutions provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud services, and data backup and recovery solutions for businesses. The Site describes these services for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services. All client engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement between N2Tek Solutions and the client. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls with respect to the services it covers.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless N2Tek Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
