N2Tek Solutions (“N2Tek Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at n2teksolutions.com (the “Site”), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. 1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically log certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals about your browser and connection to distinguish people from bots; Turnstile’s processing is governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and consultation requests;
  • deliver resources you request, such as guides or checklists;
  • provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
  • send you relevant follow-up communications about our services, which you can opt out of at any time;
  • protect against spam, fraud, and abuse; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors that help us operate the Site and our business—such as website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, and form-protection providers (including Cloudflare)—who process it on our behalf and only as needed to perform their services.
  • Legal requirements. When required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of N2Tek Solutions, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the receiving party will be bound by obligations consistent with this Policy.
